    Carol Anne generally ships orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them.

    You should see a message from Paypal when your items are shipped with a tracking number. If there are any delays, Carol Anne will email you within 48 hours of receiving the order

  • I bought a digital dowload product, what should I expect?

    Look for an email addressed to the email address you provided for your order.

    This email will have a blue button with a download link near the bottom of the email.

    If you don't get an email similar to the one below, please check your spam or junk mail box. If an hour has passed since you completed your order and you haven't gotten an email please email Carol Anne at info@rockyourstrengths.com
