Your Strengths

Decades of research has shown that when employees are given the opportunity to do what they do best every day, the effect on individual, team, and organizational performance is powerful. The problem is that most people aren’t able to accurately identify their own strengths and therefore can’t intentionally use them.

Let me help you become more effective, efficient, and engaged in your life!

People who are especially talented in the Strategic theme create alternative ways to proceed. Faced with any given scenario, they quickly spot the relevant patterns and issues.

They bring creative anticipation, imagination, and persistence to the groups and projects they work on.

Strategic at work looks like this: "What if?" Select. Strike.

They have an innate ability to wort through the clutter and find the best route. This is not a skill that can be taught.

Strategic is most likely paired with Ideation or Learner. It is least likely paired with Harmony.

Take a look at the sketchnote for what Strategic looks like in a child, as well as some action items if you have high Strategic!
