Your Strengths

Decades of research has shown that when employees are given the opportunity to do what they do best every day, the effect on individual, team, and organizational performance is powerful. The problem is that most people aren’t able to accurately identify their own strengths and therefore can’t intentionally use them.

Let me help you become more effective, efficient, and engaged in your life!

Ruth as Relator®

What would make Ruth a Moabite want to follow Naomi back to Bethlehem? The decision she made to go back would lead to poverty, rejection and criticism. Moabites were considered foreigners. They were Israel’s enemy. The only answer to this question was Ruth’s love for Naomi.
She said,
“Entreat me not to leave you,

For wherever you go, I will go;
And wherever you lodge I will lodge;
Your people shall be my people, and your God, my God.”

If you want to see the depth of Ruth’s love for Naomi notice what she says next.
