Your Strengths

Decades of research has shown that when employees are given the opportunity to do what they do best every day, the effect on individual, team, and organizational performance is powerful. The problem is that most people aren’t able to accurately identify their own strengths and therefore can’t intentionally use them.

Let me help you become more effective, efficient, and engaged in your life!

In Strengths Finder, “Woo” is the kind of person who enjoys meeting and winning over new others. Woo is the person who derives satisfaction breaking the ice and making a connection with another person.

Ez 37: 1-2 "The hand of the LORD was upon me, and he brought me out in the Spirit of the LORD and set me down in the middle of the valley; it was full of bones."

Abigail - Strategic

Rage therapy was a technique used to help people diffuse their anger. The angry person is given a pillow in the counselor’s office and told to take his or her frustration out on that pillow. But they discovered “Rage Therapy” only intensified a person’s anger!
Solomon wrote in Proverbs 15:18 “A hot tempered man stirs up strife.” Anger can be devastating as we can see in this illustration I found in a devotional book. “When a person loses his temper, one of the most common expressions used to describe the situation is “fly off the handle.”
